
Christopher B. Perry, D.O.
Physician
A native of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Christopher Perry, DO, earned his Osteopathy degree from Des Moines University in 1999. He was selected into the joint residency in otolaryngology and facial plastic surgery at Bi-County Henry Ford Hospital in Michigan, where he was named top surgical resident in 2003 & 2004. Dr. Perry has been double-board certified in otolaryngology and facial plastic surgery since 2004. Dr. Perry frequently shares his medical expertise by lecturing to medical groups and training resident physicians. Over the years, Dr. Perry has also been active in medical missions in Haiti, Mexico and Honduras. He has been awarded the status of Assistant Professor of Otolaryngology and Plastic Surgery by the National University of Honduras in Tegucigalpa for his work training Honduran ENT and Plastic Surgery residents. In addition, Dr. Perry is an Assistant Professor at Des Moines University and Ohio University.
While his focus is on Rhinoplasty, Dr. Perry is also well known for nasal and minimally invasive sinus surgery. He is a consultant for Acclarent and travels often to speak to ENT surgeons all over the country about his experience with In Office Balloon Sinuplasty.

Addison Baumle, PA-C
Physician Assistant
Addison Baumle, Physician Assistant-Certified (PA-C), earned her bachelor’s degree in health sciences and master’s in physician assistant studies from Butler University. She took an interest in health care, specifically vestibular and balance studies, after her younger brother had ear surgery to restore his hearing as an infant. She takes pride in listening to her patients and helping meet all their needs. Addison is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and a Member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants. Addison joined The Toledo Clinic ENT in 2022.

Dana M. McColley, CNP
Nurse Practitioner
Dana McColley, Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP), earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Mercy College of Ohio and Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Toledo. She enjoys letting patients play an active role in their health through education. Dana is a member of the Ohio Association of Advance Practice Nurses, the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Dana joined The Toledo Clinic ENT in 2022.

Janna K. Wayne, NP-C
Nurse Practitioner
Janna K. Wayne, Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP), earned her Associate of Science in Nursing from Mercy College of Ohio, and both her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Toledo. Janna is licensed as a Registered Nurse in Ohio and Michigan, and as a CNP in Ohio. Her background experience includes Cardiovascular ICU, Cardiovascular Lab, Emergency Room, and Neonatal ICU. She is a member of the Ohio Association of Advanced Practice Nurses and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Janna joined The Toledo Clinic ENT in 2018.

Sarah DeLauter, AuD, CCC-A
Audiologist
Dr. DeLauter earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Toledo, followed by her master’s at the University of Akron and finally, her doctorate from Pennsylvania College of Optometry (now Salus University). Inspired by her aunt, a retired speech-language pathologist, to enter the field of audiology, Dr. DeLauter specializes in patient-first hearing care and is passionate about helping people communicate and preserve relationships.
A member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and the American Academy of Audiology, Dr. DeLauter feels right at home at Toledo Clinic ENT—“There is a sense of family here. Not just among staff, but patients as well. There is an underlying drive to help people with any means possible,” she shares.
When not at the office, you can find Dr. DeLauter spending time with her family, cheering on her daughter’s many sports hobbies, heading out to concerts or playing sports herself, on a local softball team.

Chelsey Spangenberg, AuD, CCC-A
Audiologist
Dr. Spangenberg earned her undergraduate degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Bowling Green State University, followed by her doctorate in Audiology at Ball State University. She was nominated and received the Indiana Speech-Language Hearing Association Outstanding Student Clinician Award in 2018.
Dr. Spangenberg is a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. She really appreciates the staff and work environment at Toledo ENT which enables her to flourish as a professional.
Dr. Spangenberg enjoys being an Aunt and prefers to spend her spare time with family and friends. She has recently taken on refurbishing furniture as her newest hobby.

Terri Gingery
Office Manager
Recruited into the ear, nose and throat field in 1995 by another practice as a receptionist, our resident office manager, Terri Gingery, joins Toledo Clinic ENT with a vast array of skills she’s accrued over the years in various medical front office settings. Terri attended Marshall University in Huntington, West Virginia. She thrives on the challenge of a busy practice with a healthy dose of office comradery. When not making sure everything is running smoothly around the office, you can find her riding her Harley with her husband, or spending time with family and friends.
