Christopher B. Perry, D.O.
A native of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Christopher Perry, DO, earned his doctor of osteopathy degree from Des Moines University. He was selected into the coveted joint residency in otolaryngology and facial plastic surgery at Bi-County Henry Ford Hospital in Michigan, where he was twice named top surgical resident. Dr. Perry is double-board certified in otolaryngology and facial plastic surgery. Dr. Perry frequently shares his medical expertise by lecturing to medical groups and training resident physicians. Over the years, Dr. Perry has also been active in medical missions in Haiti, Mexico and Honduras. He has been awarded the status of Assistant Professor of Otolaryngology and Plastic Surgery by the National University of Honduras in Tegucigalpa for his work training Honduran ENT and Plastic Surgery residents. In addition, Dr. Perry is an Assistant Professor at the University of Toledo, Ohio University and Michigan State University.
While his focus is on Rhinoplasty, Dr. Perry is also well known for nasal and minimally invasive sinus surgery. He is a consultant for Acclarent and travels often to speak to ENT surgeons all over the country about his experience with In Office Balloon Sinuplasty.
Donna Malone, NP-C
Donna Malone, CNP (Certified Nurse Practitioner) received her MSN from the University of Toledo, BSN from Lourdes College in Sylvania, OH and Associates in Nursing from Owens Technical College in Toledo. She is a licensed RN in Ohio and Michigan and a Certified NP in Ohio. Previously, as a RN she worked in Cardiovascular ICU for over 13 years. She also served as a home care nurse for the Visiting Nurse Service for 17 years. Donna is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and Sigma Theta Tau International National Honor Society of Nursing. Donna joined The Toledo Clinic ENT Sinus Center of Excellence in 2009.
Kelly Kohler, NP-C
Kelly Kohler, Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP), earned both her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner degrees from the University of Toledo. She has over 10 years of experience as an RN in pediatrics along with nine years of teaching experience in local nursing programs. Kelly is licensed in Ohio and is a member of the Ohio Association of Advanced Practice Nurses, the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. Kelly joined The Toledo Clinic ENT in 2016.
Abby Dirmeyer, Au.D., FAAA
Abby Dirmeyer, Au.D. received her clinical doctorate in audiology from The Ohio State University. She obtained her undergraduate degree in hearing, speech and language sciences from Ohio University, where she graduated summa cum laude. She also majored in French and minored in psychology at Ohio University. Abby completed her MBA at Bowling Green State University. Abby is a licensed audiologist in Ohio and a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology. She is also board certified by the American Board of Audiology. Abby joined The Toledo Clinic ENT in 2012. Her primary interests include pediatric and adult hearing evaluations, hearing aids and aural rehabilitation.
Erica Smith, Business Manager, comes to Toledo Clinic ENT with a diverse background in nursing and medical practice management. An alumni of Bemidji State University, Erica has over 24 years of experience in the medical field. In her career, Erica has developed extensive experience in a variety of specialties including: Cardiology, Family Medicine, Endocrinology Gastroenterology, General Surgery, Hematology, Plastic Surgery, Vascular Surgery, Neurology, Otolaryngology, OB/GYN, and Oncology. Erica has lead as the Project Manager for several large medical corporations and was specifically recruited by her former employer to facilitate in the onboarding transition of newly acquired private practices to corporate healthcare. As a nurse, Erica believes in the importance of providing the best patient care possible. Erica is an active member of the AOA and the OSMA.
